　　Description: The 85 series is a small profile, media compatible, piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor packaged in a 316L stainless steel housing. The Model 85 is offered in a weldable package or with a variety of threaded fittings such as 1/4 and 1/8NPT, 1/4BSP as well as custom process fittings. The sensing package utilizes silicone oil to transfer pressure from the 316L stainless steel diaphragm to the sensing element.

　　產(chǎn)品描述: 85系列是一款小型硅壓阻壓力傳感器，兼容多種介質(zhì)，316L不銹鋼封裝。傳感器可采用焊接安裝或多種螺紋接口如1/4NPT，1/8NPT，1/4BSP等，并可按照客戶要求定制。施加在316L不銹鋼膜片上的壓力通過硅油傳導(dǎo)至傳感元件。
